Essential oils Restore Voice

I always refer essential oils that small miracle of God. They have helped me so many times. Here is a case study of one such occasion when I was able to help a young mother has her voice restored.

Teresa is married, 36 year old mother of two children, ages 5 and 13. She was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis three years. It has caused great fatigue and pain in her limbs. A little over a year ago, she lived in Vancouver, she began having trouble with her voice. She had many bouts of sore throat, so one day she lost her voice for no apparent reason and she could barely speak in two weeks, but her neck was not sore at the time.

she saw her family doctor referred her to the Ear, nose and throat specialist who said she had vocal nodules. They are compared with callouses on his hands. The nodes were large and organized and could be removed with a laser. She was told that it was a simple process.

She and her family were just in the throws of moving to California so she had to postpone the surgery. Once in the new home, she returned to BC for the operation.

The microscope illumination “Sections A and B are similar show benign squamous cell epithelium lining mucosa. The submucosa shows mucoid degeneration and some lymphocytes and eosinophils consistent with vocal chord nodules.”

She was advised to not speak for two weeks, which was very difficult for her young family to care for and a personality that likes to be given.

After returning home, her voice got worse and it was sometimes very painful to talk.

She saw an ear, nose and throat specialist in California who told her vocal cords had been damaged by the laser and was not likely to do themselves.

She went to Voice Surgeon who said it was a treatment that could improve her voice only, but it would take 3 to 4 months before any improvement.

I spoke with Teresa in the phone and she was desperate. Her voice was scratchy, she could barely speak and had to end the conversation quickly. My thought was, “Teresa has had enough to contend with, with debilitating effects of M / S. What can I do to help her regain her voice and ease her throat?”

I prepared blend of incense Boswellia Carter (calming the mind and emotions), thyme, Thymus vulgaris (tonic, stimulant, anti-spasmodic), Cypress, Cupressus sempervirens (general rejuvenating the nervous system) and cajeput Melaleuca cajeputi (laryngitis), and advised her to take it once a day, applied liberally on her neck and chest. I also sent her a bottle of pure sandalwood Santas album essential oils and told her to apply 1 or 2 drops to her throat twice a day.

The results were amazing! Within a few days the voice of Teresa was over and she had no further problems with it. It’s over a year ago now.
